I forced myself to continue reading it and found it's actually an enjoyable book. Rather than telling you what you should and shouldn't do, Khaneman explains medicinw process behind human thinking. From all the information the author shares, the reader must then decide what mmedicine useful, and what can be applied to our daily lives. In my case, I am getting better at thinking things thoroughly and not making decisions ohline on emotions.

More importantly how people are being manipulated on social media by people using the "techniques" outline in this book. It's not an easy book to read so not one for the beach, but push through and there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
